the app works okay. I can wish there were more controls In how it goes off. like how if you go outside it dings for you being seen, and then if you hold still for a minute then move again it will ding again and again until you either stay moving the entire time or just simply get out of line of sight. I removed notification access as it was going off at least 50-75+ times a day and now it suddenly logs me out? No thanks, I'm done. I uninstalled the app after that nonsense.

The app is good, I've had Brinks for about 2.5 years. Everything with the app has been fine until about 2 months ago when I wasn't able to pay my bill through the app. I keep getting a black screen with an error and I have to go online in order to pay my bill. Going online takes more time and sometimes I don't have the time. I used to pay my bill within about 2 min or less using the app, now I have to stop whatever I'm doing, login on the website to be able to pay. Is very inconvenient!!

As an alarm system, it's okay, but home automation is nearly nonexistent. As a former Digital Life customer, Brinks was the recommended solution. Zero information available online, but sales person assured us the home automation functions we rely on would be available. They are not. We feel lied to and stuck with a sub-par service. Brinks, you seriously need to improve your product to remain competitive.
