For people looking to this app for better money management and access, the constant deduction delay, pay check deposits have made me stop using this app for my money management!!!! You can not count on them even to do the things they are supposed to do on time so why would you trust them with more of your money!!! The app crashes a lot and or will not let you log in.

I am beyond frustrated at this app. It disconnected my card without a reason, wont let me reverify, but wont let me delete it to add a different one. I have money in savings I cannot access due to it, and ive spent 7. yes, SEVEN DAYS, trying to get assistance just for them to say "im stepping away for 45 minutes and will be back asap!" only to never get a message back. 7 days without once being able to confirm the issue with an advisor. I will not continue using after its solved.

worse app ever! im glad they dont operate 911 are we would all be ... it only lets you log in whenever they're on coffee breaks and they dont drink it... wish my job would work with another company that knows how to maintain their software.. I have tried 50 x's today alone to log into my account to pay a bill and once again Brightside is holding my money hostage. I think you are a scam bc I have never seen an app where you cant access your own money. Amazon will be hearing about this I promise
