Awesome free remote tool with powerful UI. Windows key shortcuts work through the interface. can have up to 3 remembered, easy connect devices on 1 free account. Great job.

Constantly crashes on my Samsung. The iPhone remote control only shows screen share after pressing multiple pop-ups on iPhone. Tried to delete my account but was unable to. Waste of time, but I'm glad I didn't purchase 3 years of service prior to testing it. I am still on the lookout for some way to help an elderly person with their iPhone.

Dreadful lag. 9 seconds to respond to tapping a dropdown (if it responds at all!). Also jumps around at random in any component with a scroll bar for no reason at all. Totally unusable.
