The overall appearance of the app is bright and appealing, but I had difficulty navigating through it. For example: it was difficult to see exactly where to enter my bank information and payment amount as the screen looked faded, and I couldn't see definitive spaces to enter information. I had to tap all over the screen to get a cursor. Also, why can't I pay more than my agreed installment amount, if I can. The app needs to be adjusted to let a client do that when they can.

Horrible app, website, and corporation. As a first time apartment tenant, I accidentally put the incorrect building number because the complex was confusing. I was charged twice for an apartment I wasn't in (I'm not sure it even exists at all), plus charged in full for my electricity by the complex, plus an extra fee. In addition, you can't set up or see auto-pay in the app, and auto-pay on the site doesn't work. You also can't see saved payment methods in the app. No contact info in the app.

No value. Their website, while also terrible - is better. Just create a browser link to that on your phone. This app is very slow to load usage data, and when you do - it restricts certain views. For example the "monthly" view only reports days from your last billing period. This app was thrown together quick and they clearly have no plans to make it usable or even slightly better. They don't care about you. After all - its not like you have a choice in providers. Pay up and shut up.
