Ratings and reviews

Inaccurate information. The app lists email support that does not work. Further, it shows two Ugift codes although only one is eligible for contributions. The website lists one code, so the information is inconsistent. Phone support doesn't know the shortcomings of the app and will treat you like an idiot when you bring these things up. Use the web interface instead of this.

Other than not being able to initiate transfers this app could use an additional improvement. I have multiple kids with different 529 plans and would like to be able to save their particular 529 plan to a central dashboard or be able to favorite them. Having to search every time I want to switch accounts is ridiculous. Make it better for viewing multiple 529 accounts.

Can't login anymore. It's always the error "Invalid username and/or password". Was working fine until i had to reset my password. The same pair works fine on the website. I changed the password multiple times through the Forgot password link, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. None worked. Called customer support, they say they are not aware of this problem. Offered no remedy other than login through website.
