A simple but customizable app for breathing exercises and timers with a minimalist design. An essential tool for practicing breathwork, guided breathing, deep breathing, or Pranayama.

How we breathe affects how we feel and think. Practicing breathing exercises or breathwork is known for many benefits, including stress reduction, anxiety relief, and improvement in sleep, energy, and mood.

Choose from a large breathwork library of 30+ breathing exercises, or create your own custom exercises, which can be easily uploaded and downloaded.

Or use the all-new Interactive Mode where you control the breathing time by gestures (Holding or Swiping). This helps improve breath awareness and reduce pressure to follow breath instructions.

Each exercise is a timer that includes four steps: inhale (breathe in), hold, exhale (breathe out), and wait for the next cycle. The following exercises are included:

Each exercise can be fully customized with respect to the duration of each step (inhale, hold, exhale, wait). The speed can also be set to fit your breathing style and lung capacity.

This app works offline, an internet connection is not required. The app supports light and dark themes.

LOVE IT. Excellent, very simple to use app with no interruptions. There are a ton of breathing patterns, all customizable. No fuss, just breathing.

This is a nice, simple app that has exactly what I want: a variety of timed breathing exercises. I like the look of the app; it has some simple customization that makes it more appealing.

impressive app, while exploring i am not able to find pre workout exercises and decision making exercises. i request if you can add these two exercises as well that would be great.

Thank you for your suggestion, we will try to find and add appropriate exercises for these. In the meantime, if you know an exercise that not available in the app, you can create your own
