Worst app for the worst card. I chatted to see if I could skip a payment and they said everything would be fine, and they'd waive the late fee. They cancelled my card with now warning for missing one payment. I called and kept getting transferred, "to those who could assist with my issue," for the call to drop every time? Now they won't get a dime from me.

Worst credit card company ever. They take weeks to apply the payment to the card but take it out immediately. I was making regular payments and they randomly closed my account without telling me. The app is useless for anything but making payments. It clears the transactions from recent so fast it is a pain to find the history.

Ripoff paying as agreed and they closed my account on me over one late payment, if you want to build credit avoid them. They get more money with poor tax anyway, so closing over one late payment is ridiculous especially when i pay all my bills and never let anything go unpaid. The month I missed I helping someone that was homeless with rent. Unexcusable for them to choose my account when I had one issue and was back on track
