works ok. no lag, and when figure out how to add camera, app is ok. focus and zoom on camera could be better. as it's nowhere near HD quality. maybe make screen fit the screen of phone? it's just like a circle that doesn't fill the screen.. but it works other than that. just don't expect to really see what you're trying to look at with much ease

not very good yet !! I can't get the blocked notifications turned on inorder to begin using the APP !!!! I've had not one little bit of SUCCESS trying to install this program. I have very serious inner ear problems that began when I was 6 years old. There are times, too many of them, where my ENT appointments are very spaced apart and in the meantime my right ear fills up my middle ear area, it's not painful, very very discomforting. I've purchased a couple other ear cleaning tools

The instructions to connect dont match what prompts on the phone. I cant even connect the phone to the device. I've had another similar device and that was a million times easier to connect and also replacement tips for the device is just the runner piece not the whole tip. 100% do not recommend. I will be going back to my bebird brand.
