It's pretty ****ing stupid that we, the consumers, are paying for the location's fee for the app. Don't care that it's only a few cents per order. I don't see any other app charing customers to lift that burden off a franchise. Most corporate fast food places don't allow franchises to charge like that. So yeah, I closed the app and didn't bother placing an order.

My experience with the app is so bad. It's buggy on my android, mind you it's a flagship phone so it can't be my phone model. For whatever reason scanning my receipt and evening using the app to accrue/collect my points don't work which is so frustrating given I purchase from Auntie Ann's often. With how small and hard their pretzels are now ($7.50 for a pretzle?!!!) I am much less inclined to purchase with them especially since I'm not accruing any points with them for future use.

The app is great. The location I went to sucked. They don't have a scanner for points and said I would have to add it manually with the receipt. I got to my next destination before i realized the receipt wasn't given to me. So I missed out on points and had an undercooked kind of burnt tasting pretzel.
