Just stopped working again on Pixel 8 Pro with current Android 14. The app did the same thing during the Android 11 update. App just opens to logo and stays frozen on that screen or sometimes crashes, but never loads. This is just frustrating since the newer version of the scan tool (Autel AP2500) doesn't do as much as the AP200, by a long shot, even with the manufacturer module the new tool is garbage. The new app is so much better, but the capability of the tool is a joke in comparison.

Was able to use the app without issue for the last several years but it suddenly stopped working this week. I reached out via email to support with no response. Pretty much, the app closes within half a second of launching the app. Cleared cache and data but didn't help. Uninstalled, restarted the phone, reinstalled and still the same issue. This app hasn't had an update since late last year. Pretty pathetic of support.

The Autel AP200 is a Discontinued DIY tool. The MaxiAP200 app worked perfectly during the first few month of purchase. But as of September 2024, it no longer functions on my Google Pixel phone. On startup, the app displays a white screen with a red Altel logo for several minutes with no response. I have deleted, reinstalled, powered the phone off/on, etc.. Autel Tech Support says the AP200 is discontinued and suggests that I purchase their MX808 or a newer device ($$$).
