It's been mostly fine. However I am shocked that in the age of digital inventory, items that are unavailable don't show up as being so until you're almost done checking out, which makes your whole shopping experience an enormous waste of time. You have to start the payment process all the way over, as you cannot delete the unavailable item from the payment screen. If I cannot trust website inventory, how can I shop at all?

Product info and fragrance notes should be front and center. This app is frustrating and definitely needs improvement. Beyond the app itself, the inventory system is a major issue. Once again, I visited the store to buy two specific body sprays that were listed as in stock, unsurprisingly, they weren't there. I tried picking two different ones, also shown as available at this location, and again, none of the items I needed were actually in stock. It's incredibly disappointing and inconvenient.

The app used to be fine, wonky, but manageable. Today, when I went to open the app just to see what was on sale, it wouldn't load anything. I kept getting an error message. I uninstalled the app and redownloaded it. I can't even get logged in now. I keep getting the "Oops, something went wrong" error message, the same error message I got when I tried to browse sale items. This app needs an entire rework. It's back to the website for me.
