honestly, it was very convenient at first since i didn't have to go in line and run late. BUT not only once, but it said multiple times already, "no load available" even though i could clearly see from my gcash history that the payment went through. i had to wait 8-10 minutes for it to be fixed (sometimes i don't have cash that's why it's very frustrating)

the thing about this app? I thought it's more convenient to buy loads to avoid long lines. but the experience wasn't good and I just had my first beep card. your phone should have the NFC feature (the thing you tap your card at the back of the phone to complete the transaction of your load). who assumes that it will be a standard ? Most commuters use budget friendly phones. I'm not wasting time to find a kiosk E-load station especially how long the line is on every station.

App is very limited, you cannot fetch load into your card, there are so many icons for features that don't work, you cannot deactivate a lost card or transfer the load to another card. it is only really good for load inquiry, buying load and looking at the statement. Hope this can be improved and remove the need for fetching load.
