App is fine but fulfillment is a problem. When I put in an order, often it hasn't even been noticed by the staff when I arrive and I end up waiting for it which defeats the purpose of ordering in advance. I even show up 5-10 mins after the time the app says it'll be ready.

Don't get gift cards because they won't work. I have 3.88 left on my gift card which I can't use unless it covers the full order. There is no option to reload. So im stuck with 3.88 unspent

The app doesn't have a code option to scan it in the cash register and pay over there. anyway, its a good start.
