I had been using your app without any issues until I updated it recently. However, after updating, I have been experiencing numerous bugs. The primary problem I'm facing is that the app is not displaying caller names on my phone. Additionally, whenever I click on the "Find my phone" feature, the alarm starts ringing but I'm unable to stop it. The only solution is to restart my phone. I strongly believe that there are several bugs in your latest version, and I kindly request you to fix it.

Pathetic App. First of all it took me half a day to just log in to the app. Secondly, my step counts get reset frequently within same day (All the workout data gets lost too). None of the Alert or Alarm works on the watch even if all settings are done in the app. Third it keeps asking to ON location services/GPS on navigation to each and every screen, which drains a lot of phone's battery. "No Google fit integration" Highly disappointed. Didnt expect such kind of service from a brand like Boat.

Just like everyone, I was also excited when I got my first smartwatch. But slowly, I noticed that this joy of owning a smartwatch won't last long. How do you expect to work in the long run when you can't provide support in the long run ? My blaze watch will soon be out of support from the app, rendering my watch as just a normal watch. The sleep monitoring is inaccurate, message notifications are not shown, weather is also inaccurate. Music control was available after many restarts. Not good.
