It is July 10th 2025 and this app was working until a week ago. our wifi went out for 2 days and no matter what I did, it would not go back on. The day I was about to call is the day it came back on out of nowhere. This should not be an issue. The wifi isn't even all that great to begin with. Why is this happening and why is this app not working?! What's the point of paying for anything if you's won't give correct service?! Fix the app and fix your services!

Can't even set app up. It tells me there's a problem with the info I entered. I took the picture as directed and when I choose the model it says it's incorrect- I'M LOOKING AT THE BOX. I double, triple and quadruple checked it. It's ridiculous. THEN when you call customer service the call center is located in Asia and they can't answer anything because they don't understand the terminology. I'm so disappointed- I upgraded from broadband to fiber optic. It's been an absolute NIGHTMARE.

App was working fine for a while. Now it's telling me to onboard my router, it is unable to connect and to make sure I have the latest update. The router hasn't changed, it is still giving me notifications, and it is the latest version of the app. When I click on a notification, it takes me to the app and tells me everything above. Worst app ever!
