it's taking quite long times just to open the apps every time. Steps wise are very tedious. To use this app, need to validate with nation ID and face scanning. Once using the app, you can't check the card balance amt when in/out station. Only can check at the counter or via app. Unfortunately, app is very slow and take time when opening. Need to understand their customer and make the app more simple, not all of them are tech savvy.

Im not surprised that is why this app got low score review .... app can't open after not entering for a while. i have to do re-installation again and again. so boring. The worst app ever

frozen screen when tried to enter the app and when you get in the login system was too complicated (more than gov app tbh) and also when you enter your pin yk what? it just stuck with loading.... finally, I've successfuly getting in to the app about years ago and if your phone doesn't have NFC then you can not top up your card (you maybe asking then why you tried to use it then it cus I wanted to apply for the 20 baht project and need to verify card and my place far from bts) PS.I'm Thai ppl
