Top-up via PayNow on 23 August and it doesn't reflect on the app. Been emailing for assistance and totally no response. Till now there's still no update to my account. It's a scam, avoid at all cost! Still has the cheek to ask me fill up form when I've already submitted so many times. After calling and emailing me, now is already 02 September and still outcome. What's with the "disappearing act"? Can some one respond and give me an explanation of such a delay??

The app is easy to use and also is easy for me to purchase eVocuhers for friends or received them. Also updates about the mall under CapitalLand I am able to see from app.
