Can't message anyone. When I click Contact [Name], the popup to message them does not show up correctly on my phone screen. I only see a little strip of white on the bottom of my screen and have to assume that's the window where presumably I'm supposed to type a message. Browser version works for sending messages but this one does not.

Im feel hoodwinked. While signing up, I was charged an additional $60, and I thought it was the amount I would be paying when it renewed, then I realized it was an additional charge. I contacted them immediately and they refused to give me a refund. It has been escalated... Im still waiting for a response and a refund. With the app being super slow and literally not being able to even respond, it makes this app useless without a subscription. I'd give a zero if I could.

So buggy. constant unexpected errors with no resolution. Profile updates don't save. Can't contact caregivers. update: I really wish I could give this app negative stars. it's horrendous. I traveled one time to a new address, now there's no way to change it back. how is this app so bad. update: when i chat for help through the app, my messages just disappear instantly. only works if I go to the website.
