Not able to delete old previous messages. Only gives you options to block or report person. Then I log on and think i have New message and it's the same 2 that I've seen every time I get on the app. Very inconvenient. Can't delete any messages at all. Update 8/27/24. App has improved. I am now able to use it and delete old messages on the app. Thank you for that.

I paid for the background check and was starting to receive messages from potential clients when the app randomly kicked me out of my account and I was never able to log back in. When I did, it tried to make me sign up for another background check which means my account must have been deleted. I reached out several times to customer service for help and never heard back. I paid money for an app that doesn't work.

Update: its 2025 and they want everyone to switch to just using the app, which never loads. It just goes round and round. They've been getting a lot of scammers lately too. 2021: THE WORST app and website I've ever encountered . Changes are not saved, the app crashes or the website freezes. Problems with them have been going on for more than a year. You contact them and nothing changes.What a piece of garbage! They must have a second grader that create the website.
