A better app is coming for Peach State Health Plan! Once the switch is finished, the current app will no longer be used, and all your health plan information will be available on the "Health Insurance Portal" app. You’ll get a message telling you when the change is done and how to get the new app. This will be shared through a pop-up message and link in the current Peach State Health Plan app.

Ratings and reviews

Garbage. Can't register due to error: "we could not find that member." Seems to be consistent problem. Obviously the database of users contains only the names of the developer's pets. It actually costs to develop a mobile app and insurance only makes things more expensive for customers with massive reduction in quality of technology and medical services. Ambetter is just another middleman taking money and providing zero value.

The app is completely useless but the insurance is fantastic for the most part. I tend to have issues with getting ahold of anyone to actually answer questions because I get told I need to call another number and then I end up going in circles.

The last time I called to get a PCP I was given a name and number of a doctor and the the number didn't go to that doctor. I haven't been able to log into ambetter for months and when they send me a password reset it doesn't work. I have never had a successful phone call in the 3 years I've been with ambetter. Not one successful phone call. I guess you don't have to worry about paying bills if somebody can't get seen by a doctor.
