Unsafe cars. Their app always has a service disruption, and all of their cars have issues. Even their newer models always have some form of "maintenance required" message on the dash. A few times I've rented a flex vehicle, got to the location, and the car was nowhere to be found. Today I tried to access a stationed vehicle but couldn't get in. After 15 minutes of trying, I canceled the reservation and was charged $36. Impossible to get a hold of customer service without waiting 2+ hours.

They started to charge people same day for flex vehicles, and the next day after the end of your reservation rather then bill you once a mount like it us to be. And that coupled with bad overall services make it way less useful and accessible than it used to be. service is very much expansive so only people who have a good salary and a stable job can afford it which is not the case of the majority of people who work for low salary and lived in precarity for much of the time.

Solved: After trying paying by chq and contacting both sides of support, issue has been solved ty. 1 - Bill issue: Opened a Quebec-Ontario account and I cannot pay, they don't charge my credit card. NO REPLY BY EMAIL. Don't use it as crosscountry. 2 - Bug: You select a car it loads forever bcs developer relies on clunky google service package. Before was only old cars < 4xxx but they added new ones using the old code. You book a flex, nope! it's already gone.
