The most basic and slowest work app I've ever used! Horrible sign in requirements, phantom errors, you can't upload files more than 1 file at a time, sometimes you input information and it completely disappears! Hasn't had an update since 2023 so more than likely... it won't get any better! As I'm writing this, my company is currently trying to figure out why my login information won't work anymore after I was just asked to log in again randomly while trying to access my work orders for today 🤦

If you're looking for a Mindblowing, confusing, utterly useless APP to connect your Sales, Service and Installation departments, this is the APP for you. It's not simple to use. You will spend hours and hours trying to figure out how to use it. It is WAY too complicated. If I could give it Zero Stars it would still be too many. Look for something else. Update - still can't log in on an android. P.O.S. - UPDATE. I've been using this APP for 3 months, it's still a piece of $#!+. Overcomplicated

Cannot give it less then one star. App is horrible. The single sign on does not work, makes you sign in twice when enabled. Once on the app and once in a browser. Constantly having to reinstall the app cause we can not sign in. And that is the least of the issues. When it is working. Working on getting my company away from this garbage. So if you can avoid the hot mess and just print out the ticket on paper, it will save you more time. And other times it just fails and you have to unistall.
