Horrible! You had better not forget name and password because you'll get no help in recovering it. Doesn't give you option to recover username. When you click on "forgot password" it says it sent you a code to your email that never comes. You contact the bank, they say contact CardNav because it is separate, but the only contact info at CardNav is for the bank. Basically told to deal with it, and there was nothing they could do. Doesn't matter what it does if you can't get into it. 🤬

I can not log back into the app. I keep getting the message "Invalid request". I created the account. I set up my preferences. I get the notifications when I use my debit card. However, IT WILL NOT LET MY LOG BACK IN. I can no longer do any additional functions. This is not a misspelled password error because if I intentionally type in a wrong password it tell me as much. There is no app help or any way to get app help on the CO-OP Financial Services website either. That is poor on their part as well.

I use most of my stuff off the desktop computer and as such, I have 1Password managing my passwords.. and that generates impossible to remember passwords. As such, an app that keeps asking to login then logs you off is an absolute waste of time. As design, every app should have a "keep unlocked" and don't bother me. My phone is already secure therefore, no, thanks.
