Don't bother, return the thing if you can. I've had the watch for 24 hours and have had to go through the "setup" process 6 times because the thing randomly disconnects, and surprise surprise the watch isn't even capable of maintaining the *TIME* if it gets disconnected. Absolute bottom tier stuff. You would think a watch company could at least design a watch to keep track of time on its own.

I just got this watch and was really excited about what it could do! Except everything that I was most excited about barely works. My text notifications aren't showing up even though the app has all the permissions I can grant it and the notifications are on in the app. I've reset everything and turned everything on and off and every other notification works just fine but not the texts. The sleep tracker seems to be all over the place but that could be the watch shifting around in my sleep.

Clearly all the time spent on this app was to get the fitness data portion looking good, because the features that are supposed to take it from 'fitness tracker' to full smartwatch are seriously lacking. For reasons I can't work out, it won't show all of my contacts, and text notifications do not consistently get delivered to the watch - in fact most just don't. The preview for the custom watch face isn't accurate to how the image appears vs the time, and you can't adjust, you have to redo it.
