Ratings and reviews

Allow access to order history in detail. Not just what they ordered, what's on it, how much of it, etc. I just placed an order and picked it up and it's not even anywhere near what I had specifically asked for on the app. After calling about it, I'm being told that ordering online is not accurate sometimes and you might end up with something different. That should never be the case.

I guess it's... fine? It does it's job, mostly. I can choose my food and order it for pickup. The favorites function rarely if ever works. The profile section doesn't work, and you can't edit the saved cars so if you use a different one you're basically indefinitely stacking more models in car limbo. It also won't save your card info, but I use Google Pay so it isn't an issue to me. Basically, if you want an app to order ahead, it's fine! Just don't expect anything else from it.

It would be better if it didn't work at all. Super glitchy. Clicking buttons bring you to items you didn't click. Took 10 min to get my order in my bag and then at check out half of it disappeared after it was all in my bag. Found out when I picked it up (they brought it out 10 min after the quoted time) that half my order didn't go thru. More than completely worthless. The worst online ordering experience I have ever had.
