The app has always worked well for me as a password database, and with autofill. However, the "fill in your Master Password" prompt has been popping up to the point that it is incredibly frustrating and invasive. If I'm using the same device I always use, I should not have to put in my Master Password more than once a week; the app is supposed to make it so you don't HAVE to constantly type in passwords; but just today I've had to type in my Master Password at LEAST six or seven times.

I have never in my life seen the downfall of a software this bad. I'm not sure what's happened to this company internally but I'm losing hope. As many others have stated, the past 6 months Dashlane's usability and consistency has plummeted. It almost never presents itself on chrome, Google search, Samsung's browser, and now it's logging out randomly as of a few days ago. I'm going to have to move myself, my family, and now my clients to a different service. Absolutely unreal.

I've used this app for over 6 years, and Dashlane has been whittling down the free features slowly. I was fine with the free version despite things being taken away. I stuck with it simply for the convenience of not having to switch services, but now the free members are being kicked off entirely. I've had the premium version before, but it's insanely expensive. I refuse to give in to Dashlane's tactics and will be closing my account. I'll be checking out other (better) password managers!
