I had a disappointing experience with X-cite regarding a purchase. They failed to deliver the product on time, causing unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, the refund process was equally frustrating, taking longer than expected. Poor communication and lack of timely updates added to the inconvenience. I expected better service from a well-known retailer, but this experience has made me reconsider future purchases from them Very worst...

You need to stop logging out my account. Whenever i open the app and tried to add a product into favorite list, it says i need an account even tho i logged in before. Happens a lot...

I have a emi plan with xcite . But when i have an issue with them due to a simple misunderstanding and i am trying to reach them . They are not responding and not even picking the phone . I am trying to reach them for the last 2 weeks .. all i get to is till the telephone operator after which he transfers my call and it rings out this was the same case for the last 2 weeks .. the same issue had happened in last month. All i get is threatening messages from them saying that the are going to put me in black list and gives me a number to call .. i have tryied every one of that number ,none responds, none calls back. I am having one of the worst experience with them
