I recently activated the 278 package to watch the Sri Lanka vs. Bangladesh Asia Cup T20I match. However, even after trying multiple times, the channel is still not available. It keeps showing "Buy a package" and "Failed to fetch a package" errors. When I checked my main account balance, I noticed that the amount has already been deducted, but I haven’t received any package activation. How can you proceed with the payment without providing the service?

It was working fine. but after the last update, this is a real $hit. taking 5+ mins to open. I purchased the 499 package last night to watch the asia cup matches. it said that purchase was successful n debited from my account.but when i try to open the match it requires to purchase the package again.this happened to me before but it got to work when i restart the app.so i thought that will work like that in this time too.but after a day it still requesting to buy the pack, not opens quickly too

The app is totally unusable, I linked my satellite TV connection to viu app , catchup feature is totally unusable,I get content is currently unavailable please check your network connection or try again later..error often, every 7 - 10 seconds then it restarts the video automatically,(4G & 5G signals are stable where i live) doesn't remember the playing position in the player very annoying 🙄 please fix this issue
