Ratings and reviews

Syncs fine with scale. The app needs a little help. Doesn't always sync with my fitbit app, have to add manually. Also, I want to change my starting weight for my goals, and there is no save button. So I can't get an accurate number for total weight lost so far. If you can help with these, I will change rating to 5 stars!

I can see why the app is rated so low. All I wanted was to weigh myself. Now I'm subject to frustration investing way more time than anyone would like, into setting up an account? For a scale?? Take the complications out of your product or remain subpar. This here is a perfect case of technology being poorly implemented into a product. "... committed to creating 5-star products." Back to an analog scale we go!

The technology around the scale and associated apps fails far short of what is achievable. You must scan a QR code after being weighed. It takes several for the coffee to be read. It seems easier to just type it in. The app is only for weight tracking. It does s poor job of integrating into other apps that are more holistic (heart rate, BP, calories...). The scale is not worth the premium for the phantom features!
