Ratings and reviews

This is an absolutely garbage app. Some how there is a different email and phone number that I have no connection to connected to my account. It is impossible to maneuver the app to get by this and have those removed. The app keeps crashing and loading a page to send a code to one of those. Fanduel is by far the better and more superior fantasy app. Don't waste your time with this.

I almost never leave a review, but have to for the customer support and technical ability from this app/company. They are great at taking your deposits, they run instant withdrawals from your bank account. When it's time to withdraw your winnings? It's been 2 months and they haven't sent me my physical check yet, and over a month for PayPal. Customer service is terribly slow to respond, and can't get it right. I'm fairly concerned now they've lost my money based off what they're saying to me now

Awful interface options and customer service could be more more helpful. I write this review after I entered another lineup into a second contest by hitting a small prompt by accident. I attempted to withdraw from the contest before its start, but I was not allowed because they don't allow you to withdraw entries from "full contests" on the app. I have had to contact customer service over what should have been a non-issue. I can't believe they make someone do this if they make a simple error.
