this app used to be great. lately it's been showing wrong prices. You pull up and it says one price then when you go to start it the price goes up. ive been using this. for months so I know what the on and off peak prices should be. Seriously thinking of changing brands. you guys need to fix this because Im paying about 15 cents more during off peak hours.

At first I was a little irritated because I was in the app and browser, and I was having trouble connecting with the charging station. I was continuously being strung in a Login loop. After a few mins, and a few (maybe several) tries, I finally came to the conclusion that the charger was to blame. I was planning on going to another station but I ended up just waiting for the other hub to be free. Once moved and plugged in. it was a breeze to connect. It was exciting and easy enough. lol.

A bit confusing if this is your first time charging your electric vehicle. Besides that the app is incredibly helpful. It integrates with other company's charging stations to provide a seamless charging experience. If you add your payment information to the app the charging is basically plug and play so make sure you do that before you do anything else. I highly recommend this app for anyone needing help finding charging stations, though so some research first so you can understand the jargon.
