Getting started
- Below are a few tips for navigating the myEarthLink® app.
- You will need to provide your EarthLink email address and password to check your EarthLink email and account status as well as pay your bill. You will be asked to enter this information when necessary.
- If you want to check another EarthLink email account, you will need to log out first. Click the My Account tab and select the Logout button.
- When you first open the myEarthLink® app you will receive several prompts asking for permission. Select “Allow” for full myEarthLink® functionality.

Ratings and reviews

So now I can no longer add photo attachments to an email. Tech support will get back to me in 24 hours. Perhaps so but in the meantime I've added another email client app that actually works. The my EarthLink app sucks. I have multiple emails. There is no way to log out of one account and log back into another account without uninstalling the app.

UPDATE 4/7/25: FORWARDING STILL BROKEN. Give me functioning app!!! Andr 14/pixel 7. U cannot reply/Forward emails easily. The app doesn't show where cursor is, doesn't place cursor at the top of the message, doesn't blink, and when u type, it takes u to the bottom of the whole email so u can't see what you're typing!!!! Won't suggest emails addies as u type one, dynamic email won't scale media to fit. Now req multiple app restart to see comments of an email! EMAIL APPS AREN'T NEW!!!

Update: EarthLink fixed below problem on Aug 2022. Mar 2022: I have a peoplepc email account I've used for over 15 years. The last 2 years, I've been using the EarthLink mobile app for my peoplepc email. I only give this app a 2 star because the developers fail to correct an inherent problem, which is that it doubles the email in the inbox when received. It is frustrating since this is a paid for service, I'm shocked that EarthLink has not taking the time to correct the application's problem.
