Loading every time I try to use the app. Takes multiple tries just to enter successfully. Credit card payment is not reflecting real-time when using Eastwest savings card. Sometimes, credit card transactions push through even when there's no OTP prompting to phone number. Also, when are you going to place lock or block options for your credit cards? You only have this option for regular savings. Very unsafe.

It was easy yes. But ever since it was launched, it seems that it's often on maintenance than not. Probably, shouldn't have totally replaced the old app until this Easyway app is more polished. If there are maintenance every now and then, then it's not easyway anymore Update: App has update every week. Soemtimes it's an inconvenient always downloading

Opening the app is very slow i am waiting almost 10 minutes. I have good internet connection. But why when opening the app is very slow. ------------------------ Hi upon my observation, when i'm using mobile data I dont encounter this kind of problem. But when i used PLDT Wifi its always happen. I hope it will fix soon
