I downloaded this app paid the subscription, the app found my TV then it all went blank. Reset my TV and the Wi-Fi and reinstalled the app. Still nothing. Really ticked off cause I feel I lost the money

I need to speak to customer service about getting a refund this app is not working and I pard a 30$ plan and it keep disconnecting so please give me back my money I cancelled the subscription few minutes after noticing the app don't work

I need a refund please as this app doesn't work. It said I was connected to tv but buttons did not work. I have tried to email you but that doesn't work either. Thank you.
