Update: as of 7/2024 the app is working again and I am grateful to have it. A way to contact the driver would make it 5 stars but otherwise it is everything I need. Thank you for fixing it. ----- Old review: The most recent update broke the field where you submit your pick up address and it's no longer possible to book rides. Edit. It's been months and this has not been fixed.

Terrible app. Used to be great. Then they "Improved it". Zero stars if I could. Update: 5 June. Even worse now. Crashes when I open the map, and now has random crashes when app is opened. Was already having problems, as it wasn't showing ride on the map. Now when I attempt to pull the map up, the entire app crashes. Every time.

For the most part, I like the app. Like others I have had problems with the timing and drivers not showing up. The one thing that needs immediate attention is the ability to know who our reservations are submitted to. I have a personal preference as to who I'll ride with. The problem is, I can't confirm that they are the ones that my trips have been assigned to without calling Intelleride. If I have to call them anyway, I could just schedule my trips on the phone instead of the app.
