Ratings and reviews

I have to end up calling customer service. The app is useless. It will not let me book on it. I can't put money on the account. It's so annoying that you have to call customer service.

I the Google app won't let me create an account. It directed me to the website, but no visible place to create an account. It would be helpful if a Mobil app you could create an account on it.

I don't see why this app even exists that literally doesn't let you do ANYTHING not even as simple as creating an account. Unbelievable
