Buyer Beware! I've had it 4 months, and it gets worse and worse. Most of the time, it doesn't let me know when someone is dropping off pkgs at my door! As someone else said, it works when it wants to. Just now, a pkg was dropped off, and nothing... no alert, and it didn't record the mail carrier right in front of it. I'm getting something else. They are stealing from ppl! You pay the fee, then it becomes unreliable. Freezes when trying to watch it live also. ZERO STARS!

It keeps shutting off motion and human detection settings. People have come to my door and I have no camera footage because of this. I turn the settings on and they turn back off automatically. It won't let me save them on. Chat customer service says they automatically disable my settings to conserve the battery. I can recharge the battery everyday if I have to, stop disabling my settings! So frustrating!

Features that I thought were basic require an expensive subscription. It does allow you to speak with people at the door, and that helps with package deliveries. Chat and Help features don't work. It is wireless and works well on apt door. Needs recharging weekly. Inexpensive price and not costly to maintain. The camera has a narrow viewpoint, and videos can not be viewed.
