Ratings and reviews

I initially enjoyed it, even though the initial setup took a really long time to pair. However, with each new version of the app, it gets buggier and buggier. Crashing, refusing to load, unable to pair, log in again x4, it's annoying. When it works, it's exactly what you want, but it rarely works WELL, which is a shame as this is not an inexpensive product.

Update: it's working again. Previous review: Not sure what happened, the mug does pair with my Bluetooth without issue, but it no longer pairs in the app. I got to update that said it's a major update, new account needed yada Yada, but the email received doesn't have a clickable link and when you copy paste the link it gives you a bad gateway error. Logging into the app I can get in and save my first and last name, but it will not add the mug that is already installed on my bluetooth. Did the

The first several months of the previous version of the app were fine. everything worked fine. after the update I've had to relog into the app four times, in resync my mugs each time. I don't know what the glitches in the new version of the app. very disappointed. still like the mugs. they're fine. The operate fine. The new version of this app is annoying
