Evergy Customers will be able to pay their bill, view their bill, report outages, view their Energy Usage, and edit their account profile preferences and notifications. This App will provide an effortless transactional experience whenever customers need to pay their utility bill, report an electrical outage or update how they wish interact with Evergy.

I have used the app for 4 years to pay bills & for the most part had no issues. There were minor bugs, but any issue I had with the app could be fixed by using the website. Now with the most recent update, attempting to log in on the website is forcing a redirect straight to the app, making PC use IMPOSSIBLE! The app is having more bugs than usual (mainly visual impacting my ability to see my payment plan amount on the "?" icon) making usage more difficult. At least fix the website login Evergy!

App is junk. Cannot even log in. Have reinstalled and everything. Still nothing. Been like this over a week. Even the website is bad. Trying to pay the bill and could not even log in. On top of all this, they are planning on raising the rates? Get it together already.

Used to be slower than a turtle taking his time to load stuff, now you're lucky if you can even get it. And when you're trying to get into your previous apps it doesn't even show you were ever using the app. This update really killed the app
