My deposite still not credited I deposited on Saturday and it is still being processed. I don't like this, it is such a big company.Having to face such things is a very bad experience. Even after talking to customer care on call or message, they still say that the steel is in processing and we have not received any update. This is a very worrying thing.

The live price is invisible on the charts it's gotta be freaking confusing. there were the bars of buy n sell in the charts which moves with the market fluctuations which helped me to understand the live prices. but now had to bow down to buy sell button n check it. it got way difficult to figure out the prices. i guess it happened after updating the app. apart from this issue. i love the app and it's transparency

App works well. But withdrawal of funds is a mess. They deposit funds calculating USD INR at higher rates and lowers the USD-INR rate while withdrawing the funds. Therefore we are losing money even during withdrawal.The broker is already charging the fees. So they should allow deposits and withdrawals at the current USD-INR rates. They should be transparent with such practices as they are already charging the fees for trades.
