Signed up to help improve my credit score, and it has definitely helped. In about 2 months my score went up 14 points. Easy to sign up and use, the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is unless you have a certain spending limit, you don't get a physical card. Until you reach that spending limit, it's just a virtual card, which is fine, but a slight inconvenience since not everything is bought online. Aside from that, I have no complaints.

I have tried to cancel. They keep charging me. You request to cancel, create a ticket, and it still doesn't work. Lousy! You would think they would be more on top of things. 🤔🤨 Edit: Reported this company to my bank. I logged back in today to see the conversation I had with support in the app,and my account is "temporarily restricted" it says. There's something not right about this company. I would be very leary of working with them.

it's an absolutely awful credit builder platform. I went in to make a payment today and about as soon as I made the payment, they flagged my account then promptly took all day to fix it. I needed to use that card today and when I told them that this was an error and needed to be corrected, they told me I just had to suck it up and wait 8 hours for them to fix their screw up. Safe to say Ill be completely abandoning this app. I'd suggest people do the same.
