the widget doesn't work most of the time, it has minimal function-basically on and off, you have to go into the app for anything beyond that. If you lose Internet connection for any reason you have to go through the connection process as if it were a new bulb vs just reconnecting automatically to the old one. Love the convenience so I'll be getting different brand smart bulbs when I need more.

This used to be a decent brand, and a decent app. HOWEVER, they've clearly made changes and not for the better. I've never had so many bulbs go offline and not be able to reconnect even when it's new bulbs. Very disappointed because these were the most affordable smart bulbs I had found. I have Google fiber internet, so my connection is not the problem. I'll have to splurge and buy a more expensive brand in the future. š

Literally only works like once a week for me. It always says it can't connect to my phone no matter how many times I reconnect it, when it even let's me reconnect, a lot of the time it doesn't. My husband doesn't seem to have issues with it but it really doesn't like my phone. And I know it's not user error cuz he's very good with electronics and all that stuff and he made sure it was properly connected and there were no issues with my phone, the app is just a pain
