Ratings and reviews

Is this the worst Ever-Bank-ing app? Perhaps. The transactions view only lists the last 2 transactions. (Guess I have to wait for a statement to see the entire month). The app design looks like it is from 2005. Otherwise, it does show you your APY, and other account details, but the interface is so clunky it really does not breed any confidence. The only reason I'm staying with this bank is because of the high APY and brick and mortar nearby. Still, it's a bit disconcerting.

Terrible, poorly-designed, cheap-looking app with a confusing, poorly thought out interface. Push notification offers that won't go away no matter how many times you dismiss them, won't allow to log in without a 2 factor authentication, won't allow the use if biometrics or even a use of the default Samsung or other password manager... Using it is a pain in the neck, it's really, very bad, almost enough to justify switching to another bank that doesn't take two weeks to transfer funds.

it's ridiculous! it glitches on each step, either doesn't show me accounts, or asks to setup features that i don't need to setup and even if i select "don't show me this again" it shows me exactly same dialogue on next login or even if i go to a different screen, they're no pending transactions ever shown, even though they are pending. just awful app. the worst banking app i've ever seen, worse than bofa
