App has been buggy lately after years with no issues. A few times in the past month or so I've gotten to the last screen and the "place order" button just isn't there. I put in the tip and . . . that's it. Nothing happens, nothing loads, I'm stuck. I finally give up and go to the website to finish my order. I love FD but the app has been a pain lately.

I really like the selection of items and the convenience of delivery. I'm not a fan of the delivery fee being to so high. it's $7.99 per order then there's the taxes n fees and before tipping the delivery person but I usually only order when a promocode makes it worth it and can cover those additional costs. Then it feels like I'm paying out right for the actually order with the convenience of still getting my items directly to me door.

I started using Fresh Direct during lockdown and was pleased with their service. I do prefer shopping in person. And sometimes they don't have a few products that I like that my local grocery store has so I shop there more often. But when I am feeling stressed or have too much going on, it's really handy to be able to order and get delivery. I've always been pleased with the products. The app is handy. I even got an unexpected box of free food as an "anniversary" gift.
