About this app

Access2Care is developing an intuitive way for health plan members to request, organize, and track their non-emergency transportation needed to get to and from important appointments and destinations related to their health. The application gives members and their families all of their ride information in one place and helps them manage, maintain, and modify any detail. The application can only be used by qualified members (i.e. – participating state and plan). Check with your health plan to see if you qualify!

I appreciate the simplicity of scheduling through the app. It is easy to use and more convenient than having to deal with a representative on the phone going by a script and tediously plodding through it step by step when most of the necessary info is already available to them on the computer. My only issue is with the insurance company and the occasional failure to communicate, resulting in missed appointments and needing to reschedule.

This app is absolutely amazing.They have a variety of different transportation services available Which is great and I have never been denied being able to get to my appointments... The service is wonderful and they let you know ahead of time, Who is taking you where and they provide a phone number...it's very thorough and customer service is great!

If you call customer service, they can't see your screen or profile to see any of the miscommunications. They have all these limitations that are NO where to be found in the app. I have looked and even called them and my insurance provider, and they can't find them either to reference, but you know nothing you can do and definitely nothing will be done to fix it.
