This used to be a very useful app. Now it just ports you out to a web page. The app hasn't been updated since 2019, so I don't know how it changed. I know it is actually an app on iOS, but on Android, it seems to no longer be an actual app. Just a gateway to their patient portal on the web. Can someone explain why? Also, the developer email is not a recognized email address. I received a bounced message response from the email server stating unknown user. This seems to be the only way someone "might" see there is an issue on Android.

Oof.... Where to begin... It doesn't keep you logged in, so good luck signing in everytime. It's basically just a web page, which means it didn't need to be an app. The functionality inside the app is spotty and pretty barebones. You see better off just logging in or calling if you have a question

+1 for login issues! I enabled all permissions manually since there was no prompt for them, then tried to access it via wifi and via my carrier network, neither of which worked, and i cleared all data each time just to be sure that wasn't the problem. Only thing i can think at this point is my choice of password is not compatible, which makes the app broken, or the app simply no longer works. Either way, please update your website to reflect the non-functional app.
