I am not heard in calls when my phone is locked and phone rings. When other apps, like reminders, appear on the screen, the other party can no longer hear me u til I remove the reminder on my screen. It's like, if the screen is not displaying the communicate app, then my calls will not work. There isn't a way to set it up so that it overrides other apps in use. So annoying and is a disturbance to my work day.

the android version of the app starts to ring for incoming calls after 3 offline rigs so I keep losing calls because the caller has to wait for 4 or 5 rings! I tried the iOS version of the app and it works normally with the same user/pass the android version is very bad

Not good! Receiving calls works and I can hear the caller, but the caller doesn't even know that the call is answerd. Works as a spy app. Update, the problem on android is the lock screen and if you have o cover as I do on my S22, if yoy answer the call and close the cover, the above will happen. If you keep cover open, then all is working. This is a very bad feature in this app and should work exactly as the phones own call app, but it is not.
