***Update company did refund me for the no pickup. It took a while, but I did receive a refund. Thank you! Paid for a round trip pick up to the airport in Canada. The driver did not show up for our pickup and blocked my number when I tried calling to see where he was. Had to hire a taxi and pay double due to this. I notified customer support, and it's been a week since they are investigating my complaint. What is there to investigate? I paid for a round trip, and your driver didn't show up.

The company is a headache. Honestly save yourself time and money, and seek local. 1. Customer service is poor. If you have a question outside of their script, they just advise cancellation. 2. Drivers can cancel at anytime, and do not even have to inform you. 3. If you don't book with a refundable option (extra charge), you can't get refunded for a cancellation. 4. If you book with a refundable option, and choose to cancel , you get credits instead of your money back.

Very poor customer support. The driver did not arrive even though the full payment was done in advance. I nearly missed my flight. The app does not have any support mechanism. There is no calling or real call support. Even after 12 hrs there is no acknowledgement of issue or refund. This app needs to be monitored for fraud.
