Just bought a policy with GoAuto INS. At first, everything went well, until I received my bill. GoAuto is charging me a full month for only 19 days of coverage, so I did what any reasonable person would and tried to call to find a solution to this problem... Well I've been on hold for 36 minutes, after having to use a "call tree" to get to the right place. I'm still on hold as I write this review!! During this time I've tried to login to the App, with no luck so far. STAY AWAY!!!!

The app sucks, you save a payment it doesn't let you use the save payment. It will tell you something is missing or invalid. Then it randomly logs you out of the app then you can't get in. No matter if you reset your password it will still say unable to verify on the app or you need to check your credentials when using the website. The chat feature doesn't work on either the app or website so you have to wait until working hours to sit and wait for a representative.

worst app on the play store. you can never do anything in the app without first uninstalling and reinstalling the app...EVERY TIME! this app is so bad I don't even have the words to describe how bad it is. upon first install, you set up your login and then forget about it, because it will never work again! it is no exaggeration calling it the worst (cr)app on Google play store. I wish I could take existing stars away from it. so bad.
