app does not work half the time. I enabled all services, re-download the app, reached out to IT multiple times and they couldn't track my driving so they removed my discount. Spent an hour on the phone talking in circles were they said it's there fault but they won't honor the discount. when I asked for a manager they said they're only in office 9-4.

Lemonade requires you to use their phone app in order to renew your coverage, except their phone app doesn't actually work and just says "Something went wrong..." with no other information (this is after manually providing all permissions because the app itself doesn't prompt you for things it likely needs (e.g. camera access)). EDIT: Now they want me to go through the effort of contacting them for my own renewal. I can't wait for the class action lawsuit when they start cancelling policies.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would....the app keeps indicating that my location services are not enabled. My location is currently set to allow location services all the time and has been since having the app. I have to open the app every day and "activate" location services. I even have received emails saying that my discounts will be removed unless I turn on location services. This is beyond annoying. Lemonade, please fix your app.
